We’ve already said goodbye to winter, so now it’s time to welcome the coming spring. The birds outside the window have started singing happily again, the first flowers are peeking out of the ground, and the sun’s rays grow a little warmer each day. And what better way to celebrate the spring mood than with new creative ideas? We’ve put together a selection of techniques that are sure to capture your heart. Let’s get started!

One of the simpler techniques you can have fun with is glass painting. This lets you decorate not only glasses, mirrors, and vases, but also porcelain and ceramic items. A reliable choice for this is porcelain paint from the brand Kreul, which is very popular with our customers.

Crochet a Handmade Gift

Crocheting is something we tend to associate with our grandmothers. It may sound strange, but these kinds of handicrafts are among the hottest trends. Whether you want to make a toy, a rug, or a piece of clothing, the process is simple: choose the right crochet hook and yarn, and you’re halfway there. Of course, getting started can be a little challenging. But once you get the hang of it, we promise you won’t be able to stop. Trust us, it’s wonderful to turn a piece of cotton into a handmade keychain, toy, or stylish decorative piece that can also make an original gift.

If you love working with markers and colored pencils even more, here’s something for you. Do you remember paper dolls that we dressed in paper clothes as little kids? It was a great way to have fun and develop our creativity. Try making something similar at home.

It doesn’t have to be a doll. Try designing your own piece of clothing or another accessory… Feel free to combine Polychromos colored pencils and Chameleon markers on paper. They offer professional quality.

If you want to transfer your artwork to other surfaces, such as plastic, canvas, or wood, be sure to try Molotow acrylic markers, which you can also use outdoors.

Some of the best in this field are Daniel Smith watercolors, which offer the widest range of watercolors in the world. If you’re not very confident with paints, choose Ecoline watercolor paint instead. It’s one of the new products watercolor technique, while still maintaining professional quality. And since we’re exploring orange shades, you could choose an orange grove or a sunset as your motif.

How do you use dropper paints?

Ecoline watercolors with a dropper were also used, for example, when painting rain for our October challenge. Here you can see how we used them:

Oil paints are among the most revered art techniques, especially because they are most widely used by world-famous painters. And although they may seem challenging, many artists swear by them…Treat yourself to the feeling famous artists experienced while painting. Pick up a palette with oil paints and let your soul paint. And if you’re looking for reliable paints, we recommend the Daniel Smith brand, made from quality raw materials.

Coming up with and creating something new is what we enjoy most about our work. We love the feeling of creating texture on canvas with our own hands, getting so absorbed in drawing that we lose track of time, or getting carried away crocheting so many coasters that we give them to our grandmothers, aunts, and everyone around us. We make art with so much love and passion that it has become part of who we are. So join us, and together we can make the world a little more beautiful.
